Additional information about why Revelations 12 is about the Body of
Christ being born.
When we are born as a human, there is an egg way down deep inside of us, that at some point in our life, begins to awaken. It attracts us to God and the things of
God. Then if the attraction is great
enough we knell at the altar and repent and give our heart to the Lord.
At this point that egg way down inside of us, starts to
grow and we are now Conceived (justified) by God and our confessed sin is forgotten by
God. But we are still a sinner at heart and need the Lord to clean us out.
God will work on cleaning us up as long as we are willing
and hungering for more of Him. This is when most people are taught to be baptised in water.
Peter commanded all people to be water baptised in the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ for the remission of the sins you had repented of. And he went on to say, that AFTER you had repented and were baptized, then you would receive the Gift of the Holy Ghost.
So
many of us hold on to some of our sins and we don't ask the Lord to
forgive us right away, it may even take us years. The promise of
the Holy Ghost will come after we have truly repented and been
sanctified by God.
The egg grows as we continue on our path of sanctification. When God
has got us all cleaned out and we have continued to hunger and thirst for more
of Him. He, Himself comes into us and we are Born Again by the Baptism of the Holy Spirit.
This is truly being Born Again into the body of our Lord. We then lay in the Son to rippen, (prayer and His Word), until
either we leave this body in death or we are changed and come into our new body
at the rapture.
If we don't continue in God, then the egg will rot
and we will not be born again at all and we will not be one of His Bride.
You can be Justified and Sanctified and still not be counted as one of
His.
We
are not truly His, until we have truly been conceived (Justified) and
then cleaned out (Sanctified) and finally Born Again by the Baptism of
the Holy Ghost, which comes after we are
Justified and Sanctified (cleaned out of unbelief and set aside for
service), we then become a new
creation, we are born again by the Spirit of God (even though we have
not yet
been born into our new body)
The church was conceived at Pentecost about 2000 years ago, it has
been growing in the womb of its mother ever since. Revelation 12 was fulfilled in
the Sky for the first time ever on September 23, 2017, the birth of the body of Christ.
He is the head and we are His Body (Elect, Bride). The Head (Lord Jesus Christ) was born over
2000 years ago and now in the sky (Rev 12) His body has been born. Col 1:18
